Is our Spirulina Organic?
The Spirulina Pacifica we sell used to be described as “organic”.
We were then instructed by our supplier that we could no longer use the term “organic”, but must describe our Spirulina as “all natural GM, herbicide and pesticide free”. Nothing changed except the description.
However, the producer’s premium branded product, grown in the same pools, continues to be described as “certified organic”.
Is our Spirulina organic? We know of vendors who continue to use that description for the same product that we sell. However, we are in business long term: we want to continue to supply this high quality product at competitive prices for many years to come. So we have decided to keep the rules and use the description provided to us
So, our Spirulina Pacifica is:
“All natural, GM, herbicide and pesticide free”
With no fillers, binders or additives.
