Current Despatch and Contact Situation

We have always tried to give the highest level of service possible. Although we have only ever promised “by next day” despatch, the fact is that orders received by 15.00, and sometimes even later, have usually been dispatched that day.

However, due to family illness, we are no longer able to maintain this level of service. Unfortunately, this situation is unlikely to improve for some months.

At this stage we do not see any problem in achieving the “by next day”

despatch that we have always promised. So this note is really for our many regular customers who have got used to an even better service. Due to hospital appointments less orders will be dispatched on the day they are received.

For the same reason we will not be available to take telephone calls as much as usual, but if you leave your number we will call you back as soon as possible.

I recently bought a product from another health site. After 10 days I logged back in and read the “Ts&Cs” (Yes, I’d ticked without reading them when I ordered!) and found my order should be delivered within 30 days. So I still think we are going to be well on the right side of “good”!

Gerry has been diagnosed with oesophageal cancer. We do not yet know what convention treatment will be offered, but we are already fighting this with prayer, diet, herbs and nutritional supplements.

I appreciate that many of our regular customers are like friends we’ve never met. May I ask you not to ‘phone about it? You are welcome to email us at the usual address, but Gerry is finding it hard to talk to people, and we need to keep her as positive as possible.

I am sure you will appreciate that this something we want to fight together, and thank you for your understanding.
